Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Empower Confidence, including but not limited to all content, written materials, tools, workflows, frameworks, data structures, configurations, branding, logos, designs, and user-facing materials created by Empower We Ltd, are owned by Empower We Ltd.

The Empower Work product is delivered using a licensed third-party platform (Base44). Under the Base44 Terms of Service, Empower We Ltd retains ownership of the applications and content it creates on the platform. The underlying Base44 platform, infrastructure, software and documentation are the property of the platform provider, and Empower We Ltd uses these under licence.

This statement does not imply ownership of the Base44 platform itself, and Empower We Ltd's rights to use the platform are subject to Base44's licensing terms. Empower We Ltd retains full rights to use, modify, commercialise, license, and sub-license the proprietary content, brand and app configurations it has created. Access to or export of underlying source code or backend components may be subject to Base44 platform limitations and features.
